The Inscribed Story
Growing up, I'd occasionally roll my eyes at my parents' advice — the same reminders about saving money, the life lessons disguised as casual comments, the stories they'd tell to make a point.
But one day during a funeral, as I listened to someone's child share memories of their parent, it hit me: How much did I really know about my own parents? What experiences shaped their perspectives? What would they want their grandchildren to remember about them?
Your parents probably have boxes of old photos with no context too. The most important conversations never make it past the dinner table. Your kids will grow up not knowing the real stories that shaped your family — not just the highlight reel, but the small moments that actually matter.
I didn't want my parents' stories to disappear. Not just the big life events, but those smaller things that make them them.
So here I am — helping families capture the stories, voices, and wisdom that often go unsaid until it's too late. Creating something real you can hold, revisit, and pass on.
